Hello everyone, I’m Louise Lane (AKA – Nana from State Farm). I am old enough to be Jake’s grandmother but young at heart, so I relate well to all age groups. I am a proud mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, so chances are I have already experienced many of the same life events that you are experiencing or will experience. My customers become friends and are like family, so we share these life events together, whether they call for celebration or grief.

After serving as a licensed agent for 27 years with Don Mason State Farm, I have learned that “listening is learning”. This helps me to design insurance programs to meet your needs and budget. I have been a licensed insurance agent since 1996, beginning my career with my own agency in my hometown of Augusta, GA. In 2005, I relocated to the Brunswick area and joined the Don Mason State Farm Team. I am very thankful for the many relationships established through the years and the confidence customers have placed in me to serve their insurance needs.

Married since 1980, my husband and I have two sons, two daughters-in-law and six grandchildren whom we love spending as much time with as possible. We love outdoor activities, like camping and fishing, in our spare time.

I began my insurance career in 1990 working with Bill Hardison State Farm. Following Bill's passing in 2022, I transitioned to the Don Mason State Farm Team. I take pride in providing prompt professional service. I strive to not only help customers meet today's needs, but also to help them put plans in place to secure a brighter future.

When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 30 years as well as our two children and four grandchildren. Other hobbies include playing golf and cheering on my alma mater, the Georgia Bulldogs.

I have been part of the Don Mason State Farm family since 2020, after relocating from the Midwest to the Golden Isles. I am a team player, love helping people, and have many years of office / customer service experience. I am typically the first person you see when visiting our office and the first person you speak with when calling our office. It is my goal to receive all customers with a smile and southern hospitality.

My husband and I have been married 25 years and enjoy traveling, attending golf tournaments, baseball games and listening to music. In my spare time, I also enjoy walking, reading, pool and beach time.

I joined the Don Mason State Farm team in 2023. While my journey in the insurance industry is relatively recent, I bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to helping people protect what matters most to them. Prior to entering the insurance field, I had the privilege of serving on Jekyll Island. This experience has proven invaluable in my current role, where I focus on meeting the unique needs of each customer.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my energetic 7-year-old, relaxing by the ocean, and visiting new places.
